The following figures are from the RSPCA QLD annual report 2014/2015.

  • 44,965 animals received at RSPCA Qld shelters (there are 9 of these across the state)
  • 18,413 wildlife patients
  • 7,000 animals received foster care by trained volunteers
  • 15,000 animal cruelty complaints investigated by the Inspectors
  • 317,547 calls received through the call centre
