The RSPCA is a community based charity that works to prevent cruelty to animals by actively promoting their care and protection.RSPCA Australia is a Federation of eight independent State and Territory RSPCA bodies called member Societies. RSPCA member Societies do much of the hands on work traditionally associated with the RSPCA such as the operation of shelters and the Inspectorate plus community education and fundraising.
RSPCA Australia is home to a strong science and campaigns team, with a particular focus on farm animal issues. RSPCA Australia is responsible for facilitating national campaigns and events and representing the interests of animal welfare with Government and industry across all areas.

RSPCA Education Programs
The RSPCA delivers education programs to schools and communities throughout Australia. There are a variety of options to choose from state to state, such as shelter tours, having RSPCA Education Officers visiting your school, the EMU and Farm Schools.

i love your work it is the best thing u are doing for the animals to protect them and ceep them off the strrts well dune
I am from kerala in india ,I want to know whether there is any such institutions over here, in kerala which take care about stray animals, i would luv to do something for them
I love to know that over half of the poulation of animals is probaly saved a year at least.I LOVE ANIMALS A LOT.
I think the RSPCA is doing a wonderful job protecting animals. When i am older i would like to work for the RSPCA. My cat has to take tablets, would there be a spread that is safe or healthy for cats i could put around it to get him to eat it?
